im sitting on the porch and its pouring rain and lightening.. just thought i would share that. anyhow... lets keep it gangster, and bring back the blogger ring... you guys down?
Wow i have been out of commission for a year now.. i got an itch to look at my blogger and was so interested in reading all of my previous posts. so anyhow here is my year in review...
last march, joined the airforce.. still dont know why but that seems to be the general consensus for everyone im here with.
may- i graduated basic training and moved on to the police academy.
summer- sweated every ounce of the gallons of water i was drinking running through hills and woods with camo paint on my face and waking up at 330 am to run around the base before running through the woods all day. drinking occasionally on my secret weekends back to austin.
august- graduated the police academy and moved to florida.
september- tanned on the beach everyday. worked everyday as well.
october- saw the fray in orlando. missed the birth of my first nephew.
thanksgiving- worked.
christmas- worked.
new years- went to texas for my final stomp until sept 07.
2007- worked. fired every weapon to qualify before my deployment. drank. slept. and missed home.
so now you know me. hahaha. here are some pics to celebrate.

thats right folks.. i am going to be an aunt. i just found out from my brother.. and i am soooo excited. he is quite possibly the greatest guy ever... and he is amazing with kids... so i cant wait to see him with a baby of his own. its so cute... his gf has a baby brother and sister that are twins... he is so in love with them and bought them little nike shoes for christmas... seriously though, he is going to be a great father... and i, the coolest aunt ever. haha. also, i am officially enlisted in the united states air force, i was sworn in by a commander at fort sam in san antonio on thursday, and now i just wait till this upcoming friday, and then i will find out when i ship out for basic... whooo raaaahhhh. hahah. good evening, and good night, this has been capt c, reminding you THIS IS ALL REAL!! crazy... i know... it will all hit me later.
my friend kelly (kelli, kelei,kelley?) insisted that i post a blog about how her life has recently been imporved by reading my blog... before i felt like there was no substance... but she has inspired me. i offer my free web space up for any being that choses to express themselves via the internet. now that is taken care of.. let me tell you how my life has been improved tonight.
i went to dinner with a friend and her choice was a wonderful sushi place on congress. if you know me at all, and my liking to foods, you know that i am picky, and i know what i like... but i have a new philosophy and that is.. trying new things... and or stepping out of my comfort zone.i told her to order whatever she wanted... so we literally ordered nearly everything on the menu. why not indulge right? so i ate sushi and laughed and had a wonderful time. then i went to halcyon, a few blocks over, downtown, and decided to just sit by myself and read a book. i love it. in the midst of "me" time... i started thinking and came to many conclusions that i wanted to share with my mom so badly.. so i left on a wonderful note, ready to have a much needed conversation with my mother. i got to my car, unlocked and opened the door, and a beautiful glare shined upon me like the gods coming down from heaven, from the passenger side of my car. glass. yes, folks, glass. some desperate thuglife tatted, eminem wannabe, ghey, sorry excuse for a person, waste of talent... asshole... broke into the shittiest car in the downtown district to steal what? yes folks... this winner walked away with an empty purse with a bottle of brand new lacoste perfume.
"how has my life been improved?" you ask? i am not angry, nor sad, nor am i scared that some stranger was in my car... i am just so proud to be the honest person that i am. i dont care about the wonderful manmade creation of glass that covers my car like sand on the beach... just happy to know that i am not capable of making someones life miserable by doing dumb shiv like that. although i am upset that my convo with my mom has been delayed... i know there will be a better time and place. i also know now that i have a car that i dont care about, that i am perfectly willing to take mudding... offroading... to a derby? any other suggestions? who knows what will become of the pimp ass saturn... but i do know... mama is getting a new car... and that if this were to ever happen again... its just material. the wreck that shot my car to shiv last month... was just bent metal... and well... the window shattered... is just shattered.
my saturn was great... and it leaves a fine legacy... but i must move on... and i will share new memories with a new gal.
i guess the greatest lesson of all that i have learned tonight, well there are a few, are these...
bad things happen to good people... so deal with it.
dont leave a purse out, even if it doesnt have anything of value in it..
and... last, but definately not least.... my blog IMPROVES LIVES!

so i was gone for a while.. things have been crazy. here is the update... i totalled my car (and shiv i still have to call the insurance company! wups a dellllsy!) but it is still driveable, just sucks a little. it wasnt my fault so daddy isnt mad. my brother hasnt been seen in a year, and he came to austin along with my sister and bro-in-law... things have been crazy and we have had tons 'o fun... my brother insists on taking shots every hour, and the whole fam has made a total of about 973,654 gay jokes, i worked a ton and i work tom... woooo whoooo! and i am looking forward to the coming week and what i will have to deal with.. not saying anything, but i will post it later. anyhow, i believe i was "Tagged" and i have to say five things you dont know about me...
5. i refused to wear pants, only dresses, until age 6... then i refused to wear anything girly till about age 10.
4. i always wear grey to bed. i cant sleep knowing i dont have the color grey on.
3. i also cant sleep if i set my alarm on a normal number (ex 7:00am, 8:15 am, etc) . i always have to set it on random stuff like 7:22 am or 9:31 am

1. i always sleep on the right side of the bed.
